Joei Reed specializes in mini top hats, mini bowlers and feather fascinators. She trained in theatrical costume design at Duke University and offers a variety of colors, adornments and styles. Hats are made for retro, vintage, pin-up, burlesque, rockabilly, goth and gothic lolita styles. Her goal is to provide custom, unique headwear at a reasonable cost to anyone looking to make a statement.

Hats are worn by Foxy Moxy, burlesque performer extraordinaire, of Cabaret Risque in Greensboro, NC. We've also made hats for the Hoop Girl All-Stars hoopdancing troupe in California.
